Summary
The case was reported by a petitioner who was subjected to the wrong type of searches as
he was put prison for minor offenses. The petitioner was arrested in New Jersey State during a
traffic stop, where a trooper arrested him after seeing information from the statewide computer's
database indicated that a bench warrant had been issued for the petitioner. The reason for the
arrest warrant for the petitioner is that he did not go to a trial to impose a fine. The first prison
that the petitioner went was Burlington County Detention Center. Later, the petitioner was then
taken to the Essex County Correctional Facility though he got out after a determination that the
fine had been remunerated. When he was being checked in the first detention center, the
