Two trucks leave from the same place at the same time traveling in opposite directions. One travels at a rate of 60 mph and the other travels at 50 mph. How long will it take them to be 165 miles apart?

solve 50t + 60t = 165

110t=165

Divide by 110= 1.5 hours
