It's important to understand that change can come from many different directions at once and can cause the organization to make choices about what changes to embrace or what changes to ignore. There are risks in either choice. There are many ways to imagine change or to create a strategy that will lead to a successful change. As a manager, how do you identify the environmental pressures that drive the organization toward change? What is your strategy to influence change in the organization?

In any organization, a change strategy is implemented to a solution of a problem or a way
to address a particular need. A manager should not do it for the sake of showing the public how
the organization is just like any another firm that allows implementation of changes. The
environmental pressures can be identified by carrying out the current management changes
(Benn et al., 2014). The corporation’s constraints that are forced or mandated by the firm from
the external agencies, and also broad changes in geopolitical relations that changes the
organizational operations. The other pressures include the declining markets, hypercompetitive
business pressures and even maintaining corporate stature and credibility with stakeholders. The
most important strategies the manager should use in the organization to effect the changes as the
manager he or she be clear about the purpose for the change, understanding and communicating
the complexity of the change needed. The manager should explore the reasons behind the
resistance you encounter within the organization.
