Menopause refers to a situation in which a woman experiences a menses cessation that is
permanent (Bartl & Bartl, 2017). On average, a woman is said to undergo menopause once she is
52 years old although variations can also be expected. The paper seeks to examine the utilization
of HRT by Ms. Martin in order to cope with menopause and to give a recommendation of other
treatments that are available.
