I am not see that question 9 but  I will give you the hint on inscribing the circle in a triangle with your compass bisect all the three angles of the triangle the point at which the this three lines meet is the center extent your compass to touch one line of the triangle and draw the complete circle it will touch all the three sides from inside

extend the lines of the polygons identify alternate angles/angles on a straight line that add up to 180  complementary  angles vertically opposite  angles if you have this hint you will be able to find the solution
