I need help with greatest kinetic energy

Using the law of conservation of mechanical energy, we know that total mechanical energy of car remains same at all the points. And we know that

Total mechanical energy = potential energy + kinetic energy

So the kinetic energy will be maximum at point, where potential energy is minimum. Since potential energy is directly proportional to the height, potential energy is minimum at point B (it is the lowest point). So the kinetic energy will be maximum at point B. 

So the answer is g. B (second option )
