all area inside the  triangle  = Root(3) a^2/4 = 13.85641^2* Root(3)/4  = 69.22

radius of the circle  = root(3) *13.85641/6  =6.9282

 area  = pi r^2 = 3.14 *6.9282^2 = 21.7655

area out side the circle and inside the triangle  = area of the triangle - area of the circle

                                                                          = 69.22 - 21.7655

                                                                          =  47.4545
