b.  tan11π /6  has a reference angle of π/6 in Quadrant IV.  Therefore the ratio is:

7)  If sinθ = 3/7  and tanθ <0  then we are in Quadrant II

a.  cosθ = -2√10 / 7

b. tanθ = 3 / -2√10 = - 3√10 / 20
