One of the biggest discrepancies in the Bill of rights nowadays is freedom of speech, especially when it comes to the internet. There is definitely a grey zone when it comes to what you can say over the internet particularly on social media sites. Many companies have had trouble with leaks of information as well as unwarranted criticism. So now many large companies have divisions of people monitoring all sorts of social media. This presents a moral problem of whether freedom of speech is protected under these circumstances. Also the amount of information available on the internet can call into question the relevance of the fourth amendment, because for a skilled computer user accessing very personal information can be quite simple. Hope this helps
