Introduction
The McDonalds is a global leading company in food services with many restaurants
operating in most countries on six continents. The brand of this company is well respected
everywhere as they have the best infrastructure and very high levels of competence in their
services. They also take it into their hands to ensure the environment is well protected to be there
even in future. McDonald was started in the early 1930s by two brothers Richard and Maurice
which was due to their own initiative and an interest in the food industry. Their menu was made
of hamburgers, soft drinks and other simple snacks and apple-pies (McCraw & Childs, 2018). It
continued to grow steadily and later in the 1960s there was a phenomenal growth where it is
opened many restaurants almost one thousands of them. Over the years McDonald's has faced
several challenges but has continued to thrive.
