Looping structures are key design structure used in programming languages.The ability to repeat code is a powerful tool and can save many lines of code.An infinite loop will use 100% of the CPU.Suggest two actions that you can take  prevent problem

1. You can add a check procedure before the loop is executed, which will examine and determine if the loop is executing on an acceptable range.

as in this pseudo code.

  3. Add values to database

  6. Pop up
  7. Are sure you wish to continue inserting the remaining values?
