Find the center and radius of the circle with equation (x + 6)2 + (y – 4)2 = 36.

May 18th, 2015

In the general case  the circle with centre coordinates (ab) and radius r is the set of all points (xy) such that (x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

So the center is (-6,4) and the radius sqrt(36)=6

Don't hesitate to provide me a nice feedback. I will appreciate. Thanks.
