Hello!  Hope this helps :)

You can set up three equations from the given information.  Let s=sue, c=chris, j=jim

Sue is two years older than Chris:

Equation 1 s=2+c

Jim is 4 years older than Sue:

Equation 2 j=4+s

Total ages are 68

Equation 3 s+c+j=68

First, solve for s in equation 3:

s = 68-c-j

Solve equation 1 for c:

c=s-2

Now plug in the new equation 1 and equation 2 into the new equation 3:

s=68+c+j

c=s-2

j=4+s

Plugged in c and j:

s=68-(s-2)-(4+s)

Now solve for s:

s=68-s+2-4-s

s=66-2s

3s=66

s=22

Sue is 22 years old.
