Hello!

Total probability = probability that Jonas gets orange * probability that Beth gets apple

Probability that Jonas gets orange = number of oranges / number of total fruit

Probability that Jonas gets orange = 5/13

***Remember that Jonas does not put the orange back, so now the total number of fruit is 12 when Beth picks

Probability that Beth gets apple = number of apples / (number of total fruit - 1)

Probability that Beth gets apple = 5/12

Total Probability = (5/13)*(5/12) = 25/156

Answer is A.
