Description
The leadership team of your hospital is very pleased with your work to date and has promoted you into a position of being responsible to see out the newly created strategic plan. To implement the plan, an action plan must be created, and your leadership team would like to see this in the next meeting.
Create a PowerPoint presentation for this meeting that includes the following:
- Explain the important components of an action plan.
- Provide the three stages of strategic planning (situational analysis, strategy formulation, and implementation planning) as related to your organization.
- Note the key relationships with each and within the context of the action plan.
- Identify consequences for the organization if each of the three stages would not have been adequately addressed. Provide recommendations for sustaining the plan into the future.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least seven scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 15-20 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
