Biostatistics Exam Problems
Hi,I need help on this Friday's statistics exam. This course used SPSS software, which means you need to understand the graphs and forms from SPSS. This course mainly about statistics, such as Chi-Square test (Goodness-of-fit test, r*c contingency table, Mantel-Haenszel test), ANOVA (one-way, Kruskal-Wallis test; RBD two-way, Friedman-Kendall-Smith test), Correlation Analysis, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Survival Analysis, Proportional Hazards. You also need to be familiar with the basic knowledge of statistics, such as p-value, t-test, z-test, paired samples, Independent samples(common variance&unequal variances), Sample size estimation, Wilcoxon signed rank test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, population proportion, odds ratio. And also a chapter of Prevalence. I upload the example test with answer, but due to switch to the online test, the questions should be all multiple choice questions. Please check. Thanks for your help ! !

Exercise 26
Exercise 261. Plot the frequency distribution for “Age at Enrollment” by hand or by using SPSS. 2. How would you characterize the skewness of the distribution in Question 1—positively skewed, negatively skewed, or approximately normal? Provide a rationale for your answer. 3. Compare the original skewness statistic and Shapiro-Wilk statistic with those of the smaller dataset ( n = 15) for the variable “Age at First Arrest.” How did the statistics change, and how would you explain these differences? 4. Plot the frequency distribution for “Years of Education” by hand or by using SPSS. 5. How would you characterize the kurtosis of the distribution in Question 4—leptokurtic, mesokur-tic, or platykurtic? Provide a rationale for your answer. 6. What is the skewness statistic for “Age at Enrollment”? How would you characterize the magnitude of the skewness statistic for “Age at Enrollment”? 7. What is the kurtosis statistic for “Years of Education”? How would you characterize the magnitude of the kurtosis statistic for “Years of Education”? 8. Using SPSS, compute the Shapiro-Wilk statistic for “Number of Times Fired from Job.” What would you conclude from the results? 9. In the SPSS output table titled “Tests of Normality,” the Shapiro-Wilk statistic is reported along with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic. Why is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic inappropriate to report for these example data? 10. How would you explain the skewness statistic for a particular frequency distribution being low and the Shapiro-Wilk statistic still being significant at p < 0.05?

Testing for Multiple Regression
his Assignment includes two parts, Part 1 and Part 2. For this Assignment, you will complete Part 1where you will create a research question that can be answered using with multiple regression analysis.Part 1 Testing for Multiple RegressionTo prepare for this Part 1 of your Assignment:Review this week’s Learning Resources and media program related to multiple regression.Using the SPSS software, open the Afrobarometer dataset or the High School Longitudinal Study dataset (whichever you choose) found in the Learning Resources for this week.Based on the dataset you chose, construct a research question that can be answered with a multiple regression analysis.Once you perform your multiple regression analysis, review Chapter 11 of the Wagner text to understand how to copy and paste your output into your Word document. For this Part 1 Assignment:Write a 1- to 2-page analysis of your multiple regression results for each research question. In your analysis, display the data for the output. Based on your results, provide an explanation of what the implications of social change might be.Use proper APA format, citations, and referencing for your analysis, research question, and display of output.Part 2To prepare for this Part 2 of your Assignment:Review Warner’s Chapter 12 and Chapter 2 of the Wagner course text and the media program found in this week’s Learning Resources and consider the use of dummy variables.Using the SPSS software, open the Afrobarometer dataset or the High School Longitudinal Study dataset (whichever you choose) found in this week’s Learning Resources.Consider the following:Create a research question with metric variables and one variable that requires dummy coding. Estimate the model and report results. Note: You are expected to perform regression diagnostics and report that as well.Once you perform your analysis, review Chapter 11 of the Wagner text to understand how to copy and paste your output into your Word document. For this Part 2 Assignment:Write a 2- to 3-page analysis of your multiple regression using dummy variables results for each research question. In your analysis, display the data for the output. Based on your results, provide an explanation of what the implications of social change might be.Use proper APA format, citations, and referencing for your analysis, research question, and display of output.must follow the instructions and use SPSS. The plagrism level can't exceed 25% otherwise it won't be accept it.
