My Strengths and Weaknesses as a Team Member
The result of the self-assessment test revealed interesting information about my capacity
to function effectively in a team by contributing to the attainment of its goals and objectives.
Also, I agree with the outcome of the various aspects of the test because they are consistent with
my strengths and weaknesses as well as the areas that have impacted my performance on
previous projects. According to the assessment results, my strengths as the member of a group
include a high capacity to contribute to team’s work, moderate interaction with other members,
and ability to maintain team focus by keeping it on the path towards its accomplishments. Aside
from these strengths, the outcome of the assessment showed that I expect high quality outputs
from assignment and task. Regarding the weakness, the lack of relevant knowledge, skills, and
abilities (KSAs) for proper functioning in the team is considered an area that requires
