Transformational leadership is a style of leadership where the leader is charged with identifying the needed change, creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration and executing the change in tandm with commited members of the group.
There are four components of transformational leadership:
1. Idealized influence.
2. Inspirational motivation.
3. Individualized consideration.
4. Intellectual stimulation.
