Compare and contrast Customer-Focused Measures versus Workforce-Focused Measures. Please provide examples from your own experiences. If, you do not have any experiences, please provide what these concepts look like within an organization.

The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:

  • Write between 700 – 1,000 words using Microsoft Word in APA style, see example below.
  • Use font size 12 and 1” margins.
  • Include cover page and reference page.
  • At least 80% of your paper must be original content/writing.
  • No more than 20% of your content/information may come from references.
  • Use at least three references from outside the course material, one reference must be from EBSCOhost. Text book, lectures, and other materials in the course may be used, but are not counted toward the three reference requirement.
  • Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased words, values, etc.) in the paper and list on a reference page in APA style.

References must come from sources such as, scholarly journals found in EBSCOhost, CNN, online newspapers such as, The Wall Street Journal, government websites, etc. Sources such as, Wikis, Yahoo Answers, eHow, blogs, etc. are not acceptable for academic writing.

Introduction
For companies to become successful and achieve their goals, they need to have
approaches that define them as a company or a business. These measures differ from one
organization to the other as they operate in different environments, challenges, and markets
among many other factors. The measures are meant to ensure that the organizations attain
success in the long run and make them unique. The different approaches in a manner that will
make sure that the organization will be able to run its operations smoothly. The various measures
come with different rules that need to be followed. Some of the most common measures are the
customer and workforce-oriented measures (Evans, 2016). They are applied differently, and they
have a certain level of success in the work environment. This text will compare, and contrast
