According to Beer (2016), intellectual property refers to any form of an individual’s
innovation work such as artwork, music, and drawing, to which the person deserves the right to
own. Normally, when people use their talents to innovate and create works, the right to remain
unique through protection from damage or misrepresentation is possible through intellectual
properties. In essence, the owner of a design or any innovation has the right to apply for patent,
copyright or trade mark or even trade secret to ensure no third party has access to the work
without his or her discretion. Intellectual property Act protects innovators from misuse and that
they can enjoy the rights to own their innovation works. However, it is undeniable that different
countries have different laws of intellectual properties. These laws help to foster economic
growth and more so assist the government in creating self-employment for citizens. There are
several forms of intellectual properties which include copyright, that protect any form of artwork
