Need explanations, it's asking for X same one but instead of log3(x3) its log3 (X+3)

according to the laws of logarithm

logb M-logb N= logb (M/N), therefore,

log3 8- log3 (x+3)= log3 [8/(x+3)]

log3 [8/(x+3)]= log3 6  .....(i)

for equation one to hold, then

8/(x+3)=6 and multiplying both sides by (x+3)

8=6*(x+3)

8=6x+18

8-18=6x

-10=6x

x=-10/6

x= -5/3

i hope you understand the steps. feel free to ask for more explanations.
