JOB ANALYSIS
The definition of the job analysis at the start of the post creates a bearing as to what the post is
about. The term is accurately described readying the reader for the information that follows.
It fosters an understanding of the concept and the information that follows thereafter. The
bearing job analysis has on managerial decisions regarding pay is well discussed in the post
and the manner by which it completes its intended purpose.
There is limited information about job analysis due to lack of an opportunity to participate. People
have personal experience concerning how they do the job analysis of the given type of job
since most are their research through reading the duties and specifications associated with

The experience from the two credit unions shows that the human resource department(HR) is
charged with the sole responsibility of job analysis in the various positions.
There are significant and specific duties with particular requirements in specific areas that are
considered. The research reveals that, by going through the HR department, there is more
experience that is likely to be obtained (Fine & Getkate, 2014).
Conducting individual analysis regarded as having less experience in job analysis and therefore it
is appropriate and advisable that, better experience should always be obtained from the
human resource department or fields.

JOB ANALYSIS PROCESS
The job analysis process involves the identification and determination of the duties and requirements for the
various job categories in the organisation. The study team for Quest Diagnostics would concentrate on the
details in particular job descriptions in the company such as those in the Phlebotomy, customer service and
