Introduction
Organizational culture includes the values as well as the behaviors that on organization
uphold so as to influence the social and psychological environment. How good and effective a
corporate culture is determined by the level of success the organization will attain. In the
successful cultures, the organization is seen to perform well while in the case of a poor culture,
the organization performs poorly. The culture cannot stand on its own but depends on various
factors, in this case, the key to successful organizational cultures. Such factors include the
involvement, clear mission, consistency as well as adaptability.
