need higher levels of care, new medical processes and a growth in the number of treatable
conditions. The other trend is the increase in the costs of mental health care and the overall

health which implies that people will no longer be paying for medical care directly. Care costs
are diverted to the government and insurers. The meaning of this is that consumers and providers
are losing control over decisions in the healthcare sector. The decisions are more and more
influenced by different stakeholders including the administrators in the healthcare sector, people
purchasing health care plans like businesses, and insurers. Another current trend is that there is a
change in the mental health face in pharmacy-therapies there are cost pressures. The rate of the
