For everyone who has a project we tend to borrow money and other resources from institutions
and government agencies. Grants are awarded when one successfully convinces the grantor that
their project is reasonable after they review the objectives of the said projects. Most are the cases
when both federal and local government will want to accomplish a project mostly concerning the
society. The report gives the example of a terrorist attack. After a terrorist attack, there are
several processes that follow. One of them is defining the cause of the attacks and how the same
can be prevented in the future. All these activities will require money that had not been put aside
since terrorist attacks come as surprises. The report gives the way to go about when getting a
grant and how well to utilize it to ensure there is minimal or no wastage. The grantors are keen
watching how the project will spend the money given and if they can trust you in yet another
project. The best thing however to consider if fetching information and support from a pool of
experts to ensure the grant runs as planned and that the time frame is reached. The article gives
