You have been asked by the president of your company to develop a diversity initiative that encompasses the following:

ABSTRACT
Local, national, continental, and global interactions have increased diversity in
workplaces. There are several sources of workplace diversity, among them being educational
level, gender, and nationality. There many benefits of embracing diversity in the workplace,
which include increased innovation and creativity from diverse ideas; enhancing the selection
pool during recruitment and promotion, and a positive reputation for the company, among others.
Managers and leaders need to understand some steps that can enhance diversity in their
organizations.
