Changes affecting the scope, the timeline and the budget are at times inevitable. Most of
these changes are imminent during the execution and control stage of the project. A change must
meet all the set threshold before it is approved for implementation (Hayes, 2014). However, an
authorized change in the scope of the project does not necessarily mean that the schedule and the
