that victims suffer. The United States Constitution provides rights and freedoms that guarantee
every citizen equal treatment regardless of racial, religious, gender, and social differences. While
racial profiling is a complex topic that keeps attracting different perspectives whenever claims
arise, there are some situations where it should be illegal. For instance, racial profiling should be
unlawful in compensation. Workers should earn according to their qualifications and experience,
not because of their race (Kovera, 2019). Minority groups have suffered this profiling over the
years, making less than their white counterparts despite having similar job descriptions. Such
actions should be illegal.
