Background
Uber operates as a referral service either between the drivers and customers. The
certainty between the driver and the riders about the arrival time is eliminated by an app
supported by the Windows, iOS, and Android phones. One is required to pass the background
check and a DMV test to be an eligible uber driver. Currently, Uber has dominated every

cities (New York and California) and dead zones countries, you can still access the services at
any time. Unlike ordinary taxis, uber do not charge a fixed amount for rides and surge rates
