The article presents the argument of hiring young talent as a way to recruit and retain
talent. The author assert that while other companies have been struggling with challenges
such as recruiting and retaining talents in their firms, especially millennials who do not want
to work like the older generation, he has not had a similar experience as they have developed
a culture and recruiting method, mostly involving high school interns, which has enabled
them to recruit and maintain top talent in their company. The author outlines some of the
strategies that they have employed to allow them to recruit and retain talent in their company.
These include developing relationships with professors of local colleges/universities to get in
front of top talent and receive recommendations of top talent from the professors. He
