Introduction
Human Resource Management is defined as a sector within an organization responsible for
the recruitment, hiring, training, management and provision of direction to the organizational
employees. Normally, employees make up an organization. The main goal of human resourcemanagement within a company is to organize employees so that they can work as a team without
any form of conflict. Generally, employees in an organization perform all important and critical
work activities (DelCampo, 2011). As indicated above, HRM aims after ensuring all employees
are effectively working towards meeting the organizational set goals and targets. In other words,
