In the modern society, there have arisen series of debate revolving around the legalization
of weed in the United States. There are many reasons as whey some people feel it should be
illegal yet for those who support legalization of weed also have their own positive reason. This
becomes a matter of weighing the stronger side and choosing it. In this case, I support
legalization of weed because its advantages out do the disadvantages. The legalization of weed
for medical purpose in some states in the United States has brought about many controversies
about its motive. The proponent of weed legalization argues that weed helps to improve transport
sector, health sector, and education sector. Those against it tend to argue that marijuana
contributes to health problems and at times mental problems. The purpose of this paper is to
shade light on the reasons why weed should be legalized in the United States and to oppose the
argument presented by those against weed legalization.

As to whether weed should be legalized in the United States, I fully support the
