In order to establish itself, any company needs to take initiatives that will establish itself
with a better relationship with itself with the customers. For instance, Nestle Company needs to
create a new image for its customers and this will be achieved through the establishment of
products that are more nutritious and healthier. The company will also need to increase its market
size to be the world Nutrition, Health and Wellness Company. The case study aims at establishing
Nestle strategic plans and the approach that they have used to achieve these goals and the level of
compromise towards its goals set plans.
What is it That Nestle Thinks They are Doing
Nestle is working to be the world leading company in Nutrition Health and Wellness. The
company is establishing itself in the food industry through value innovation and through product
differentiation. The company is on the move of establishing itself above its competitors to be
recognized by the customers as the nutrition health and wellness company. According to Frank
Rothaermel (2015), an organization can choose to establish itself above its competitors through
strategic improvement of its products in order to provide an outstanding brand in the market. Nestle
is working to brand itself in the world market by creating a clear value in the long-term. The
company aims to establish broad strategic changes in order to attain a long-term potential that will
facilitate its growth over the years.
The company is working to change the customers' perspective about the organization and
its products by ensuring that the food products produced in the long run will be different from what
