How are benefits designed for employees? Explain the types of benefits that are offered by employers. Should all employers have to offer benefits? Please explain.

One of the most vital undertakings for any company is managing the benefits of the
employees. Nevertheless, managing benefits that are given to the employee can be a costly
endeavour. In many cases, some of the benefits are mandatory for any organization that wants
to do business, For instance, Social security and worker compensation insurance.
Nonetheless, there are benefits which are offered voluntary by the company, for example,
medical insurance, life, and disability insurance. Due to the cost and the importance of
benefits, a company should have a well laid out procedure which it will use to manage
employee benefits in a way that is satisfactory to the employees and the employers (Marcks
& Sullivan, 2016). Managing the benefits for the employees can be done in five definitive
