under various laws; both legal and safety as well as certain required regulations. The main
objective of legal, safety, and regulatory requirements is to ensure that both employer and
employees’ rights are safeguarded. Bodies responsible for this safeguard in the US include
Department of Labor, Homeland security department, the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990 and the U.S, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Any contract spells the
