People’s positions on certain issues are not always similar, and the existence of conflict
always necessitates that an impartial party gives his or her opinion on the matter. However, for
such a position to be impartially determined, the various persons involved should present their
views to the impartial party following which he or she would make the appropriate conclusion to
solve the conflict. Court systems offer an organized approach to solutions on such matters. On
such account, it would be possible for one to argue that he or she received the deserved justice
from seeking the intervention of the court in finding solutions to identified problems. Essentially,
the trust of the court systems depends on how impartial the systems are in the administration of
justice, without which citizens would consider them dysfunctional.
The various principles based upon which people present their arguments are often
dependent on the laws of a particular society. However, different societies may at times have
similarities in their legal backgrounds, which have often led to similarities in the basis of the
arguments presented in court. Notably, the court systems often follow rational approaches to
presentation and argument of cases, in which every party should present his or her position in a
