Description
As stated in the syllabus, this reflection paper should explore the readings and your individual process experiences based on the previous class meetings. Your process experiences should include personal reactions and responses experienced in relation to dialogue and exchanges in class or in society. Process experiences should cover the affective (feelings), behavioral (verbal/nonverbal actions), and cognitive(thoughts) experiential domains. In addition, students should identify and cite the readings supporting their perspectives or claims. The reflection should be 2 pages and double-spaced.

Introduction
On the topic about homophobia hurts everyone, I feel that it may affect everyone directly
or indirectly especially since we all have to interact with people in one way or the other at home,
school or even work. However, I think the greatest impact of homophobia on everyone will
happen if the parties involved have strong beliefs regarding homophobia that is quite distinct.
Homophobia may be personal or interpersonal (Blumenfeld, 2015). Personal homophobia
involves individuals having a personal belief that the LGBT community should be hated or pitied
