Introduction
International companies are faced with significant challenges that are aimed at ensuring
that they are high and achieve their objectives. Working international means that
international companies must counter the cultural barrier, which exists. Cultural aspects
that influence international companies include beliefs, language, moral and lifestyle.
Language is a significant barrier to the success of international firms. It is very difficult to
accomplish tasks while there exist language issues between teams and thus there is need to
ensure that there is the integration of key strategies that can have a positive influence on
organizational culture to embrace positive engagement. This proposal seeks to provide an
understanding of the effect of language barrier on the productivity of international
companies and how these effects can be countered effectively.
