In the formation of American government, practitioners were involved in the process.
When the government was ready to start working, the constitution in it allowed for an
opportunity to incorporate departments which were to work hand in hand with the president.
Before the president could make any decision, he was to request for opinions from the principal
officers in each of the departments. The president, Washington, also recommended the creation
of five departments and those were; Foreign Affairs which changed after two months to being
State, Treasury, War, Justice and lastly Post office and this recommendation was approved by
the Congress. The heads of secretaries of states, Treasury, War and Attorney General worked so
closely with the President as they become the President’s cabinet.
While in the early nations, politicians were viewed as heroes and no matter how coldhearted they were, they were still being elected. However, Washington is compared to
Cincinnatus who is known for his humble and loving soul. Cincinnatus came to the rescue of his
people when they needed a leader the most after being under the rule of a dictator appointed by
the Roman Republic. Cincinnatus came from a humble background where he used to plow a
field, he was able to help his people fight Carthage and defeated it. Washington had the same
background just like Cincinnatus as he left his plantation in Virginia so that he can serve the
people in the Continental Congress as well as command the Revolutionary Army. His characters
pictured him to the legend there is and he never lifted a finger or rather...
