Leadership and Human Resource management is an area of particular importance to the
company. This is because leadership is a practice of managing and uniting people to perform a
particular task and usually people are the biggest assets of the company. People have the brains,
the skills and knowledge to take the organization to another level (Stevens, M, & Campion, M.
2014). Essentially, there are a lot of things that leaders manage the people and their style of
management impacts on the overall performance of an organization. Therefore, human resource
and operation managers who are the lynchpins of the leadership in an organization have to
