Ethics basically means doing the right without going against the society’s customs and
norms. It basically, majors on providing the highest degree of positive impacts on the wellbeing
of the majority. On the other hand, social responsibility is an act in which organizations ensure
that they participate in activities that not hazardous to the general public. These include ensuring
no pollution of the environment, improving the state of the surrounding and giving back to the
society (Paul, 2010).
A strategic plan is a skeleton that aid in the provision of directions and making decisions
on the proper allocation of resources and guide towards achieving the organization's goals.
Hereby, the plan divides the goals into small and realistic ones which are achievable. Ethics and
social responsibilities play key duties in ensuring that the organization maximizes on
development. Hence the key roles are discussed below.

minimal as employees are few. This was just an advantage to the shareholders. On the hand
workers and officials from the initial locality became employed finally hence being
disadvantaged.

established to be used as a backup in the event of activities that may end up violating the way the
