Introduction
An improvement program for staff depends on the acceptance of the proposed change as
it is good to provide feedback on the performance of the employees at a particular time. The
feedback system will give the employees morale to accept changes. People fear change because
change will affect them in many ways. One of the most feared repercussions in implementing a
difference is the fear of the loss of jobs. The employees are to be encouraged to be more efficient
and effective regarding their performance while delegating their duties. When they are effective,
their work will be useful thus resulting in promotions which are the change desired. The positive
changes that occur will encourage them to work hard and fear no change.
Demonstrate trust to staff members which will result in successful implementation of a
change; this will assure them of not to worry about their jobs, and when there is a proposal or
introduction for a change, they would not resist it but embrace because of the trust they have in
the leader of the organization. Create a culture that promotes open and honest discussions within
