morals. Although the authors believe is morally just to do the right thing, they are have the
perception that leaders who adhere to their ethical compasses will acknowledge that doing the
right thing is also essential for their company. However, it is worth noting that the book is not
necessarily about identifying the wrong and the right or about helping the reader become a moral
paragon. This is because the authors admit that we face numerous barriers that obstruct our
human integrity and effective performance as leaders. Therefore, the book contains tools that can
assist one in becoming the best leader one can be for their good.
This book offers a timely, practical and essential and personal guidance for anyone in the
business field to take on. The business environment would be significantly improved if the book
