Intra-Professional Collaboration
In nursing, a healthy working environment ensures nurses practice in conditions that
promote best possible clinical results and encourage nurses' well-being. Excellent
organizational performances enhance high satisfaction levels for the community, patients, and
their families. Strengthening practice collaborations amongst the nursing staff is essential to
achieving recommendable operations in healthcare institutions (Reeves, Pelone, Harrison,
Goldman, & Zwarenstein, 2017). Working as a team between licensed practicing nurses and
registered nurses allows utilization of individual talents and skills to attain high standards of
patient care. This necessitates staff to share perspectives by assisting and talking with each
other for the interest of planning and providing care. The cooperation aspect requires
accountability in licensed and registered nurses. This perspective entails the ability to
understand individual roles and those of others in the profession, effective communication as

executives must model active intra-professional behaviors that demonstrate democratic and
non-hierarchical working practices especially in circumstances that demand shared decision

realize policies that support teamwork. These include empowering staff at all levels to
practice at their full scope, encouraging mentorship engagements in addition to providing
