Question Description

"Government Budgeting and Expenditures" Please respond to the following:

  • How important is fiscal transparency? When looking at the 2017 America First- A Blueprint to Make America Great Again, does the executive/federal budget reflect a realistic assessment of the fiscal problems facing state and local governments?

Fiscal transparency is very important to the public sector. Simply because this is an procedure that will be able to help the public in their duties of Public relations.. It is a measure of public reporting on past, present, and future state of public finances. And is known to be very pivotal for effective management and accountability. This is an implication to the government that they have accuracy within finances in relation to economic decisions.

These are the decisions that are made on a daily basis within public affairs. When it comes to policy changes within relation to the actual cost and benefits of the analysis itself. Within this measure there are a lot of entities that are involved. There is legislature along with the central markets and the citizens within regulate on information that they have within all measures to be able to hold Governments accountable for their actions. There is the fiscal transparency code which serves as a strengthener

To fiscal surveillance, along with policy making and the accountability in relation to countries that are within involvement. There are what is called 4 pillars within the fiscal transparency Code 1.There is fiscal reporting, 2.there is fiscal budgeting and forecasting3.there is fiscal management and risk analysis.4. There is resource revenue.

With these there is basically a similarity between the basic, also the good along with the advanced business compliance in dealing with the actual code. Making sure that the application is ensured within measures .In my response to reading the article and it ask the question “Does the executive/federal budget reflect a realistic assessment of the fiscal problems facing state and local governments? First let’s talk safety. I feel that it could be a real problem somewhere down the line if the president don’t make the right decisions when dealing with other countries. Simply because not everyone is on the same level of thinking.

The president has is still taking measures to keep the Americans safe to an extent to show them that he is for their security at any measure that he has to take. A lot of people say that he is the devil but I have enough hope in him to believe that he was placed in that position to do a job that other presidents deemed UN do able.

The president initialized on the Federal Government setting priorities through the budget preference. The Blueprint that the article spoke of was supposed to reprioritize Federal spending in reference to the actual safety and security of the American people as a whole. Within the reading of the very proposal.

I would have to go along with the conversation that was within the writing by the president I don’t as the writer see the seriousness within the proposal to keep his word. That is the president himself. Simply as the writer wrote. He didn’t see the implication of Jobs being discussed within the budget. Neither did myself. Lots of unforeseen promises were made.

Another thing that I didn’t see was the economy was not optionally discussed nor opportunity. Neither innovation .Never discussed infrastructure investment. And last but not least entrepreneurship. It was stated that these were very crucial to reigniting the American dream. So in my own opinion the executive/federal budget in a sense does not reflect a realistic assessment of the fiscal problems facing state and local governments?

Simply because without the issues that I have addressed above, these are the appropriate needs of America as of now. And with all the killing and robbing within America, there is an all-out war with the people within society. Without jobs there will be robbing to continue and people will continue to lose their lives to senseless crimes. If the actual presence of more jobs are not officially brought to the surface of America. National Security is right now somewhat on its lowest term. Simply because there are more school shootings on the rise than a little. And it’s not just 2 or 3 children being killed there are rising numbers such as 17.

So my honest opinion the president needs a firmer grip on national security measures. So that Americans won’t have to live in fear. It’s ok to write out a plan but is that plan going to be of great measure to help Americans and prevent the numbers of deaths from escalating higher.
