If I'm 5'4 and 135 pounds when will people start to notice (in pounds not time)that I am losing weight? 10 , 15 pounds?

DRINK 4-6 LITER WATER IN A DAY ,START EATING MUSHROOM ,YOGURTS ,OAT BRAN AND PISTACHIOS IN YOUR FOOD. AVOID OILY FOOD ,FAST FOOD & ALCOHOL & A LITTLE EXERCISE OR YOGA IN THE MORNING . TRY THIS AND DEFINITELY YOU WILL LOSE FEW POUNDS IN A WEEK .
