Discussion
Before substantiating results of the research, it is good to critically evaluate them because in most
cases, they will be used on a large population. As a researcher, it is almost impossible to
substantiate the accurate interpretation of the word “significance.” By using the qualitative
method, a clinician will be able to understand more about the experience of his/her client (Sainani,
2015). The difference between clinical significance and statistical significance is that Clinical
significance is used when measuring the scale of differences in research and not how real of the
differences is; statistical difference measures chances and not magnitude of the differences one got
from research. (Sainani, 2015).
