Question description

Submit an annotated bibliography with 3 separate entries from a leadership, management, communication, and/or organizational peer-reviewed journal or book that have been published within the last 15 years.

In a narrower range, you are encouraged to address the question with the topic which could discuss about leadership and communication taken place within cross-boundary business (For instance, U.S. to China) in cyberspace. How technology affects leadership practices in a virtually manner in business realm? Considering culture barrier, country boundary, face to face versus virtual communication (live meeting, email, phone, etc.)

All in all, the question could be concluded generally in a topic which is examining leadership practices in the context of cyberspace (technology)

Simply speaking, the key terms of those books or journals should be written like these:

Leadership; Management; Communication; Technology; Business;

Here are some sample articles that I think of it is relevant and related.

Lilian, S. C. (2014). Virtual teams: Opportunities and challenges for e-leaders. Procedia-Social and Behavioral Sciences, 110, 1251-1261

Savolainen, T. (2014). Trust-building in e-leadership: A case study of leaders' challenges and skills in technology-mediated interaction. Journal of Global Business Issues, 8(2), 45.

And I think you can just check those articles citations which definitely is related to the topic. That should be easier.

Page limit: As for an annotated bibliography, it usually is about 150- 200 words, so I think 3 pages in APA format should be good.

Attached is one entry that I expect from you. All 3 entries should focus on a same topic (assuming you are doing a research paper that is discussing about leadership in this technology-based era or similar topic.)

I am sorry that I talked so much as I am so concerned about what you write is not what I want. And I don't want you to revise again and again. I don't wanna do that.

So please just ask! if you have any questions!

Thank you so much!

of the virtual work envigoment has also brought with it many challenges to the modern
organizational leader. The first major challenge of technology is the fact that managing a
workfoce virtually makes it difficult to offer extensive supervision. Leaders are left with very
few factors to consider in terms of an employee’s versatility, flexibility and professionalism of
the job. Such factors like responsiveness, timely delivery of the work, efficient pricing, and
willingness of the employee to renegotiate terms whenever there are changes to the project can
help in determining whether an employee is worth keeping or not. The value addition of an
employee is another key attribute in virtual work enteractions. This is because some
professionals are rare, making it important to ensure that one keeps the best talent once acquired.
The use of face to face videochats can be one of the strategies to use to make a personal and
close collaboration with employees. Having connective networking strategies, where e-leaders
connect their various employees on a professional level through online platforms is also key in
