Introduction

Evaluation of an evidence-based project provides individuals behind the entire plan with
an opportunity to look into the project and identify advancements being made and any points and
aspects of the project that can be improved. To undertake a clear and informative project
evaluation, data related to required outcomes are collected through various identified methods
