The content of the conversation
I had an interpersonal discussion with one of my colleague concerning productivity and
effectiveness of information technology. The dialogue entailed what is bringing about the
reduction in the quality of the services of the information technology in the information
technology labs. In our discussion, the problems that we came up with were WIFI signals that
have become weak, the complaints processing have become delayed, and there are also some
issues with communication with the management of the information technology lab.
The lab assistant and an individual from our group also joined the discussion. My
colleague, whom we started the conversation with before the other two joined, is called Aaron
who is among members of our group. When we all met, we were unhappy with the complaints
each gave, and our dialogue entailed sorting what the cause is and suggesting of the solution.
Style That Describes the Communication Method Used and why it was selected
There are different communication styles. From a general perspective, the styles are a
combination of any masked or clear and indirect or direct (Cardon, 2017). Among those who
were involved in the communication, we were more or less on the same level, and therefore the
